• Misleading, false, or incomplete information is strictly prohibited
• Duplicate or spam listings may be removed without notice
• Dhonno.com reserves the right to edit or remove any listing that violates standards

3. Product Quality & Compliance

• All products must be authentic, legal, and safe for use
• Counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items are strictly banned
• Sellers must ensure products meet applicable Bangladesh laws and regulations
• Dhonno.com may conduct QC (Quality Check) before dispatch

4. Pricing & Commission

• Sellers are responsible for setting competitive and fair prices
• Dhonno.com may charge a commission, service fee, or other applicable charges (as agreed separately)
• Any pricing manipulation or hidden charges are not allowed

5. Inventory & Order Fulfillment

• Sellers must maintain accurate stock levels
• Orders must be processed within the agreed timeframe
• Delays, cancellations, or stock-outs must be communicated immediately
• Dhonno.com may cancel orders if sellers fail to fulfill them on time

6. Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery is managed through Dhonno.com’s logistics partners or approved methods
• Sellers must properly package products to prevent damage
• Incorrect packaging or product mismatch may result in penalties

7. Return, Refund & Replacement

• Sellers must accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products
• Returned items will be verified before approval
• Refund or replacement responsibility lies with the seller unless otherwise specified
• Repeated return issues may lead to account suspension

8. Customer Service Standards

• Sellers must maintain professional and respectful communication
• Timely response to customer queries is required
• Misbehavior, abuse, or negligence will result in strict action

9. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

• Sell fake, illegal, or harmful products
• Manipulate reviews or ratings
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Misuse customer data
• Circumvent Dhonno.com’s system for direct transactions

10. Payments & Settlement

• Seller payments will be processed after successful order delivery and verification
• Any returns, refunds, or disputes may affect settlement
• Payment cycles and methods will be defined separately

11. Penalties & Suspension

Dhonno.com reserves the right to:

• Remove listings
• Impose penalties or fines
• Temporarily suspend or permanently ban seller accounts
• Withhold payments in case of violations or disputes

12. Intellectual Property

• Sellers must not use copyrighted or trademarked content without permission
• Any IP violation will result in immediate action

13. Data Protection

• Sellers must protect customer data and use it only for order fulfillment
• Unauthorized use or sharing of data is strictly prohibited

14. Policy Updates
